Building better relationships between dogs and their people.

We are proud to be a
woman-led, inclusive
business.
What We Do
Find Your Zen strives to strengthen the relationship between you and your dog through reward-based, balanced training methods.
We work with dogs of different breeds, ages, personalities, and training needs, creating an individualized approach based on the dog in front of us.
While we work with a variety of behavioral challenges, we do not accept dogs displaying human aggression or dogs with the intent to harm other dogs. Reactivity, leash frustration, or simply preferring space from other dogs does not automatically disqualify a dog from our programs.
If your dog is struggling with aggression, we're happy to recommend Megan with Bravo Behavioral Dog Training, an independent trainer who specializes in more challenging behavioral cases.

Our Philosophy
We understand how overwhelming it can feel when your dog is struggling with behavioral challenges.
Owners may feel frustrated, embarrassed, anxious, guilty or simply unsure where to start.
We've been there too.
We believe learning, confidence, and trust are just as important for owners as they are for their dogs.
Training isn't only about teaching dogs new skills; it's about empowering their people as well.
Start Your Journey
There is truly nothing more rewarding than helping change a dog's life for the better, and sometimes even saving one!
At Find Your Zen, we care just as much about the people at the other end of the leash.
We love having the opportunity to help dogs and humans alike.
We are licensed, insured, and proudly serving Mat-Su Valley with classes also available in Anchorage.
